Cumin-un-lime Marinade
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups beef broth
2/3 cup lime juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cumin -- ground
3 tablespoon coriander -- ground
5 cloves garlic -- minced
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl. Makes about 2
1/4 cups. Great marinade for beef (tri-tip) and chicken. |
