Texas BBQ Dry Rub
Ingredients:
3 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoon paprika
FOR RIBS ADD:
1 tablespoon lemon powder
6 tablespoon sugar
FOR CHICKEN ADD:
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon bay leaf -- crumbled
Instructions:
Mix together well and apply to meat. |
