Lexington-Style Finishing Sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 cups water
1/3 cup ketchup
1/8 cup Texas Pete hot sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons nuoc nam
Instructions:
Mix ingredients and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Use as a finishing sauce for pulled pork barbecue. |
