North Carolina Pork Producers Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

1-1/2 medium cabbage heads -- chopped
1/4 cup minced green onion
2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon vinegar
1-3/4 tablespoon celery seed
1/2 tablespoon salt

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and green onion. In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and salt. Mix well. Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture over the cabbage mixture and toss lightly to mix well. Refrigerate until serving. enjoy!
