Peco s Pintos
Ingredients:
2 pounds pinto beans
1 slice salt pork bout 1/4 inch thick
1 dozen chili petian peppers or
2 jalapenos -- up to 3
salt to taste.
Instructions:
Soak or don't soak as you prefer, bring to boil and cook over medium
heat for at least 4 hours or until tender. Posted to the BBQ List
