Pork Rub - Wayne s
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon MSG
1/2 teaspoon cayenne (use more for a little more zing)
Instructions:
Mix ingredients and store in an air-tight container.. Posted to BBQ
