Dan Green s Sauce For Pork
Ingredients:
3 cups Ketchup
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Tarragon Vinegar
1 each Medium onion -- minced
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Cayenne
1 tablespoon Garlic salt
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for
10 minutes. Stir frequently. Allow to cool down to room temperature.
Brush the mixture on the pork during the final phase of cooking; if
using indirect heat, you may use it a mop. Source: The Great Barbecue
