Dry Barbeque Rub
Ingredients:
4 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon hickory salt
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoon mustard -- dry
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly. Rub generously into skinless chicken,
pork chops, or whatever. Let the meat 'marinate' for an hour, then
