Dry Rub For Ribs and Pork

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dry lemon powder
2 tablespoon pepper powder -- (mild or wild)
2-1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika

Instructions:

This is for sprinkling on spareribs or pork shoulders before you barbecue them. Use heaping measures when you are mixing it and do not skimp when you use it.
